Return Process

- Prepare Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Include the return form and proof of purchase.
- Shipping: You will receive a return shipping label via email. Attach the return label to your package and drop it off at the nearest shipping facility.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. This process typically takes 5-7 business days.
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
